Afghanistan Kids Killed by Marine Bombs
Afghan officials said Sunday that a US Marine air strike had killed 14 civilians, most of them women and children, in the southern province of Helmand on Saturday night.
Oh, big deal. Just 11 children who when they grow up would certainly become Taliban fighters, (we call them terrorists), and a few women who should not breed those kids.
It was their fault obviously to be in a place where our heroic forces drop the bombs to win the war we can not win, just like we could not win in Vietnam and Korea.
All right, I can see many of you frowned and are already upset that someone, not even born American dares to criticize American spreading democracy in the countries that don’t give a damn to our political believes.
Afghanistan kids and American Indians Have This In Common.
It is almost like the white settlers killing the Indians for not accepting Jesus and the pilgrim teachings after being fed and cared for by the Indians.
Now I hear the angry voices defending so called Judeo-Christianity, and I, a simple Christian without the “Judeo” addition tell you that killing children and women is not Christian.
OK. All is fine and Maj. Gen. John Toolan, commander of NATO forces in the Southwest region apologized for the civilian deaths on behalf of all coalition forces, including Gen. David H. Petraeus, the top coalition commander in Afghanistan, and said the investigation into the episode was continuing.
It was also said that “We will make amends with the families in accordance with Afghan culture.”
After all, 11 dead Afghanistan kids should be easily amended.
I know. We will give to each family fifty bucks we borrowed from China and proceed with our adventures “defending American interests in that region.”
What are those “American interests” one can only guess but they are not my interests and I am an American now.
Hamid Karzai, our puppet became annoyed and under pressure from international media condemned NATO for civilian casualties, called the deaths in Helmand “shocking” and said in a statement that “NATO and American forces have been warned repeatedly that their arbitrary and improper operations are the causes of killing of innocent people.” Afghanistan kids included.
Why can’t he just shut up and enjoy the ride as it lasts. We will do what we always do; try to invade foreign countries, make them into “Little Me” and celebrate the deaths of our soldiers in Thanksgiving Day.
Anybody who does not adopt the American way and swear obedience is considered a terrorist. Let’s just look at it with open eyes; American forces “defend” United States against the terrorist ten thousand miles away in the countries who did not do anything to us. Does it make any sense?
I love a simple advice that Noam Chomsky gave saying;” Everybody’s worried about stopping terrorism. Well, there’s a really easy way: stop participating in it.”
God Bless America. We are number one and Afghanistan kids are not.
